1. Offer Letter Stage

University Selection

Choose a suitable UK university or institution that meets your academic and career goals.

Required Documents

For Bachelor’s (Undergraduate) Applicants:

  • Grade 10 Marksheet & Certificate

  • Grade 11 & 12 Transcript / Marksheet

  • Grade 12 Character, Provisional, and Migration Certificates

  • Two Letters of Recommendation or Medium of Instruction (MOI)

  • Valid Passport

For Diploma Holders:

  • Transcript and Completion Certificate

  • Character and Migration Certificates (optional)

  • Registration Certificate (if available)

For Master’s (Postgraduate) Applicants:

  • Bachelor’s Transcript and Provisional Certificate

  • Migration and Character Certificates

  • Convocation Certificate or Course Completion Letter (as per university)

  • Two to Three Letters of Recommendation or Medium of Instruction

  • Valid Passport

Other Required Documents (All Levels)

  • Updated CV / Resume

  • Statement of Purpose (SOP)

  • Gap Justification Letter (for any academic or career gaps)

  • Equivalence Certificate (for foreign degrees, if required)

  • CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies)


2. Financial Preparation

  • Bank Balance Certificate (minimum 28 days old) or

  • Educational Loan Approval Letter (covering tuition + living cost)

  • Attend Pre-CAS Interview (if required by the university)

  • Pay Tuition Deposit (amount varies by university)

  • Complete Tuberculosis (TB) Test at an approved medical center

CAS Timeline: CAS is typically issued after submission of financial documents, tuition deposit, and successful Pre-CAS interview.


3. Visa Application Documentation

  • Valid CAS issued by university

  • Academic Documents (Grade 10 to latest)

  • Valid Passport (with sufficient validity)

  • Letters of Recommendation or MOI

  • Statement of Purpose (SOP)

  • Updated CV / Resume

  • Financial Proof (Bank Certificate or Loan Approval Letter)

  • TB Test Report

  • Visa Application Fee Payment Receipt (£490 or approx. NPR 87,200)

  • Immigration Health Surcharge Payment (£776 per year)

  • Biometrics Appointment Confirmation (free or nominal fee)


4. Dependents (If Applicable)

Dependents are allowed under the UK Student Visa route (subject to eligibility).
Living cost requirements for dependents:

  • Inside London: £845 per month

  • Outside London: £680 per month


5. Visa Type

  • Student Visa (formerly Tier 4 Visa)

  • English is the primary language of instruction

  • Pre-CAS Interview may be required by university

  • No embassy interview unless specifically requested


6. Intake Seasons

  • Fall Intake: September / October

  • Mid-Year Intake: May / June / July
